Everything that I am making has to be made, so there's no way out of it. I wish I had some help, but I don't. I can't see a child's interest and let it go. I can't see them ready for something and not provide the activity. I have to keep going, I have to make the materials. I just wish I had more time in a day.
Anyone have any tips or ideas, so that I can manage to get more done?

you have more kids so I'm not sure it is an option but I realised that I was spending a lot of time making laminated cards, some of which he only used a handful of times. Now I just print onto card stock unless I think it is a set that will get a lot of use, even then, if you have the files made up it is quicker just to print of a couple of new cards than it is laminating a whole set.
i have THE idea....invite and i can come and help you...pleaaaaaaaaase;)
Could you get the parents to help as a take home volunteer work for them? They could cut the laminated works.
I can relate. I wish I had a bit of advice that would make it easier, but some days, you just need a clone of yourself. ; )
I got another idea:
Just expand the seconds in each minute of every hour and you'll have more time to get more done in your 24 hours.
Simple...innit?
